Full Automation
At Intellimail we understand the ongoing administration hassle and time involved in running repetitive work. As a result we have the ability to apply a data extraction scheduler which will extract data from your server at preprogrammed times. The scheduler transforms the data for delivery to our systems using our proprietary XML.
The data is then parsed through our automated job management application. Inventory such as letterhead, envelopes and marketing inserts are selected and briefed for warehouse picking. The system also selects the necessary letter text or invoice/statement template and map the necessary data to established fields. All data is merged as one job. Postage manifests and production briefs are automatically generated for mail house production.
