Hi Speed intelligent envelope inserters fold one to fourteen page letters or statements, select generic brochures from any of six hoppers, as per the record requirement and seal the envelope. These inserters can cater for any mail from DL to C4 envelopes.
Environmentally friendly plastic wrap technology is used for all plastic wrap mail pieces as standard and with the ability to insert or onsert four generic items, intelligently sheet feed numerous personalised pages and one main magazine for a total of six mail piece components. There is also the added ability to inkjet address inline as it feeds the address sheet saving time and money.

There are so many cost variations within Australia Post that make the costing confusing. There's grouping of post codes, weight, transport and the cost comparison between lodgement interstate and intrastate. The key to a significant reduction in Print Post mailing costs is this Line Haulage component.
For example. If a lodgement of a 500 gram A4 plastic wrap magazine destined for NSW was to be lodged in Victoria it would cost $3.48 per unit as other state residue. The same article lodged in NSW as local mail would attract a postage cost of $2.53. A saving of 95 cents per unit.

By simply uploading the suburb, state and postcode field of the database, size and weight of the posted item, the software makes an instant comparison as to what items should be line hauled interstate or lodged in your home city. You might be wondering what the bunch of lines is within the IntelliMail Logo? In the Australian Postal System, a barcode is used to identify every property within Australia. This is known as a DPID or Delivery Point Identifier.
The automatic processing engines of the Intellimail application appends the Australia Post DPID barcode to each record qualified and delivers a manifest to the production floor stipulating the most efficient postal sortation possible for the job.
